Most In-stock Items ship within 3 business days of order date.  If selecting first class mail shipping, Please allow up to 10 business days from order/payment date for delivery.  However, due to various circumstances including but not limited to holiday high volume mailing periods, shipping may take longer than usual. Items purchased under the same order are not necessarily always shipped together. If you have a question regarding shipping time for a specific item, please feel free to call or e-mail us. General Information

All items ordered are subject to availability.

Shipping and handling charges are applied for each address you ship to. 

When paying by credit card or paypal, we must ship to the credit card billing address.  If we receive an order with a shipping address different than the credit card or paypal billing address without prior authorization, the order may be canceled and refunded.

When paying by check or money order, please make payable to PAGERSDIRECT. Orders will not ship until check/money order clears our bank (minimum 5 business day hold).  A $25 return check fee will be applied in the event of a returned check.  For quickest shipment, we suggest using a major credit or debit card for payment.

For shipments going to a New Jersey delivery address, 6.875% sales tax will be added to all taxable items.

PagersDirect does not currently accept orders outside the United States. 

         Shipping Time

Please allow up to 10 business days from ship date for the delivery of most store items. However, shipping may take longer during some holidays. Shipping Options and Rates:

You may choose from the following shipping options: 

    • First Class Mail Shipping ($3.00 with a 7 to 10 business day delivery time from order/payment date)
    • Priority Mail Shipping ($9.95 with a 4 to 7 business day delivery time from order/payment date )
    • Express Mail Shipping* ($25.00 with a 1 to 2 day delivery time from ship date )
    • UPS Ground ($11.95 with a 1 to 7 day delivery time from ship date depending on shipping address)
    • UPS 2 day* ($25.00 with a 2 day delivery time from ship date not counting weekends)
    • UPS Overnight* ($45 with next business day delivery if ordered by 4pm eastern time)
    • UPS Priority Overnight* ($60 with next business day delivery by 10:30am if ordered by 4pm eastern time)
    • UPS Priority Overnight with Saturday delivery* ($75 with Saturday delivery by 12noon if ordered by 4pm eastern time on Friday)

 

  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday excluding holidays.
  • Most Orders received by 4pm eastern time are processed within 72 hours for all in-stock items.  However, some items may ship later than 72 hours due to unforeseen issues with our suppliers.  If we feel that we will be unable to meet our delivery timeframe, you will be notified by email of the situation and expected shipping date.

*Certain items may ship directly from our product suppliers and/or paging providers.  Although most overnight delivery and Express Mail orders will ship the same day if ordered by 4pm, circumstances beyond our control may delay the shipment even if ordered by an expedited shipping method.  Customers placing orders using Express Mail or an Overnight Shipping method that cannot be filled in the timeframe outlined above will be notified via email of the situation and the estimated shipping date and delivery date.  If the estimated timeframe for shipping/delivery is unacceptable, customers may cancel with no penalty.

Expedited Shipping Policy

A minimum shipping charge of $45.00 applies to all orders shipped overnight by UPS or FedEx in the US. Tracking numbers will be provided by e-mail

We are open the following days (unless holiday falls on a weekend) but no orders will ship: Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Presidents Day
