We are currently processing and shipping orders during the CorvonaVirus Pandemic.
However, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools). Since we only ship to the billing address of the credit card used for your order, if your credit card bills to a physical location that is currently closed and you are working from home, please contact your credit card issuer to add your home address to your credit card profile before placing your order. We can also ship to po boxes with no issues if you receive your credit card bill at a po box.
You may choose delivery by UPS or the United States Postal Service. Both are seeing a spike in shipments of packages and may experience delivery delays. UPS has suspended their guaranteed delivery at this time.
Orders placed for LRS on premises pagers and transmitters may take longer than usual as they are shipped directly from their respective company distribution partners which may be affected by staff shortages and volume sale increases. If you choose an expedited shipping method such as 2nd day air or UPS overnight, please note that the order may not ship for up to 3 business days not including weekends. Please set your delivery expectations properly.
Most other pagers and accessories are in-stock and will ship within our normal shipping times. We will notify you via email of any unexpected delays.
Since the majority of our customer's are in health care related, security, law enforcement and I.T. businesses, we understand the urgent need for our pagers and services especially during this unprecedented time. We suggest considering our virtual paging service and related pager apps for same day or next day activation.
Current customers that are experiencing a strain on finances... We are more than willing to work with you to make special payment arrangements including payment extensions, changing to a different payment interval or payment forebearance which includes temporary reduced payments with the balance added to future payments. Please contact us prior to your payment due date.
