If you were a customer of Allpage of Houston (allpage.com) contact PagersDirect today.
Allpage of Houston closed in February 2020 due to unfortunate circumstances. PagersDirect is now able to service your pager and in most cases retain the original pager phone number that was assigned to your pager.
If you were paged with the number: 877-972-4377, that was us trying to reach you to update your contact and billing information with PagersDirect. Customers that contacted us prior to July 31, 2020 and provided their billing information retained uninterrupted service.
If you did not contact us prior to July 31st, your pager service was automatically suspended on August 1st, 2020.

You may choose quarterly or annual service options for either numeric or alphanumeric paging service. Once payment has been made, service will reconnect within 24 hours if made on a weekend or after hours of 10am to 7pm eastern time on weekdays. If payment is made between 10am and 7pm eastern time on weekdays, service will reconnect in less than 2 hours.
In the event you need to replace your pager or make any service changes... PagersDirect offers a complete line of numeric and alphanumeric pagers starting at Free with a prepaid 12 or 24 month airtime service plan. Monthly and 3 month prepaid plans are also available.

Allpage customers with Alphanumeric pagers were alerted multiple times with a word message to contact PagersDirect to avoid service interruption prior to service suspension between July 22nd and July 30th, 2020
Allpage customers with Numeric pagers received multiple numeric pages between July 22nd and July 30th, 2020 with the number 877-972-4377 prior to service suspension.
PagersDirect has taken over many accounts of paging resellers that have gone out of business over the years. One thing that we have found is that no matter how many times we page the affected pagers (multiple times for over a week straight), there are always a few people that didn't bother contacting us until after their pager is disconnected and then call us yelling and screaming after their pager is disconnected: "YOU CUT MY PAGER OFF", "I NEED MY PAGER" , "I ALREADY PAID THE BILL TO THE PREVIOUS PAGING COMPANY" etc, etc, etc.
Let us assure you, we do not find joy in disconnecting a pager, but unless we have you in our billing system, we are unable to provide service to your pager(s).
We want to provide you with paging service and simply need to place your account information in our billing system. If you had prepaid service with the previous paging company that had not yet expired, we can work with you but you will need to contact us. The sooner you do that, the sooner we can restore your paging service.

PagersDirect does not have your account information, billing information or payment card on file. Customers of AllPage need to contact PagersDirect and provide this information and then your pager service will be reconnected. PagersDirect has been authorized by Spok (the company that controls the pager phone numbers and transmission of pages over their paging network) to service former customers of AllPage of Houston.
