If you received a page with the phone number 336-308-1620, that was us trying to reach you.
Your pager phone number was assigned to us by the paging carrier Spok who asked us (PagersDirect) to service your account. Your previous paging provider, Cellular Plus has closed and unfortunately, they were unable to provide us with your billing and account information.
If you would like to retain paging service or in the event you did not contact us prior to April 23rd, 2021 to provide us with your account information and your pager was disconnected, you may call us Monday through Friday at 877-472-4370 ext 8 (10am to 6pm eastern time) to get set up and have your pager reconnected.
